I started in design and eventually moved into creative leadership, product thinking and complex systems.

The recent AI wave pulled me progressively deeper into models, inference, agents and AI systems R&D. What began as product prototyping quickly evolved into investigating the foundational limits of on-device memory, retrieval fidelity, inference runtimes, and local appliance architecture.

Today my strongest skill sits between two worlds: understanding what a business needs, understanding what current AI technology can actually do, and designing the system that connects them.

THE POSITIONING AI Deployment Strategist

I am not a theoretical ML researcher publishing novel loss functions, nor a conventional backend CRUD engineer. My value is turning ambiguous business problems into functional, robust AI architectures — from model selection and inference hardware to vector substrates, multi-agent workflows, and non-hallucinatory UX.

Engineering Workflow & Agentic Coding

I believe in radical transparency regarding modern engineering workflows:

I work heavily with coding agents for implementation and rapid iteration. My ownership is in problem framing, system architecture, experiment design, evaluation benchmarks, and product trade-offs, while I continue developing deeper independent engineering fundamentals.

This workflow allows me to move from an architectural hypothesis to a fully implemented, bench-tested Rust engine or React/Swift client in days rather than quarters — without sacrificing code rigor, memory profiling, or regression testing.

The Other Half: 10 Years in Product & Design

Before working deeply with AI systems, I spent nearly a decade in design, creative direction, and brand systems.

That background became the other half of my current work: understanding human users, operational friction, stakeholder communication, typography, and product clarity. It is the reason why every system I design has a clear reason to exist and prioritizes the simplest architecture that genuinely solves the problem.
